Composer | Arranger

Born Daniel Jimenez, ROZEN is an award-winning composer and arranger currently based in Seattle, WA.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he excels at writing music for media, including film, television,
and video games.

His best-known original work can be heard in the 2021 game Kena: Bridge of Spirits, developed by Ember Lab for Sony PS5.

His recent arrangement work includes an extensive repertoire of video game music from franchises such as The Legend of Zelda, NieR Automata, Metroid, Kingdom Hearts, and more. His orchestrations and arrangements have been commissioned by Zeldathon, the L’Orchestre de Jeux Video, in Toronto, the Angel City Chorale in Los Angeles, The Game Music Ensemble at UCLA, and the Folklore Guild in San Diego, CA.

ROZEN was nominated for his first Game Audio Network Guild Award for Best Game Music Cover/Remix in 2016, for his cover single of “Vault 111” from Fallout 4, and his track “Liberi Fatali: Fated Children” won the Game Audio Network Guild Award for Best Game Music Cover/Remix in 2017. His album release “Children of Termina” has been awarded “Best Album – Fan Arranged” in GMO’s Annual Game Music Awards 2018, and VGM WAX’s Community Choice Award in 2019. His latest award was given to his original work on the game “Kena: Bridge of Spirits” for the 2022 Game Audio Network Guild – Best Main Theme category.
